Contains photographs of Kennedy's early years, family homes, his naval service during World War II, and his political activities in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s. The largest portions of this collection cover Kennedy's Senate Years (1953-1960), and the 1960 Presidential Campaign.

The file include some undated speeches by Senator Kennedy, including remarks to the Economic Club of Chicago, Illinois, [9 October 1957]; "Can We Afford to Waste Our Water"; "New England's Economic Prospects" [circa 1957-1958]; and his statement to the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy regarding H.R. 8862, [4 June 1954].
