This folder contains miscellaneous correspondence and enclosures sent to the Council of Economic Advisers by individuals whose last names begin with the letter K. The material is filed roughly in reverse chronological order according to the date of the carbon copy reply. Items include a brochure for the Yale University Graduate Program in Economics (November 1963); a draft program for a Minnesota conference on vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with mental illness and disability; information on the Economic and Scientific Council of the Republic of Korea; a newsletter on budgetary developments in the Federal Republic of Germany (written in German); two memoranda by Allen Keller titled "The Sources of Business Profits" and "A New Approach to Macroeconomic Theory"; a proposal from Julius H. Kitchin for a National Society for the Promotion and Preservation of Full Employment; and a paper by Adolf Kozlik titled "The Stimulating Effect of a Tax Reduction." Note that this file contains some misfiled correspondence from 1963.
