Silent motion picture scenes of representatives of the Easter Seal Campaign visiting the White House, Washington, D.C. In the Oval Office President John F. Kennedy greets President of the National Society for Crippled Children and Adults Joseph Foss, National Easter Seal Chairman Art Linkletter, Governor of South Carolina Ernest Hollings, and the Easter Seal Twins Paula Webber and Patricia Webber. President Kennedy is presented the first sheet of Easter Seals and Easter baskets for his children. Materials in this series were created, commissioned, or collected by the United States Air Force.
