This folder contains material pertaining to speeches given by Bernard Boutin from July to December 1963. There are drafts and edited versions of some speeches in addition to the final copies. The file includes correspondence, programs, agendas, and other printed material related to events at which Boutin spoke. Notable events include the opening of an exhibit on Eleanor Roosevelt and human rights, hosted by the National Archives; the acceptance of the Ford Historical Film Collection for the National Archives; a memorial service for Eleanor Roosevelt at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library; Ports of Philadelphia Day; the 18th Annual Conference of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing; a kick-off dinner for National Employ the Physically Handicapped Week; a conference of the Producers' Council, Inc.; a joint meeting of the New York Federal Business Association and the New York Federal Executive Board; a meeting of the Albuquerque-Santa Fe Federal Executive Association; and various internal General Services Administration meetings and seminars.
