Kennedy's secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, concerning President Kennedy's address at the National Association of Manufacturers' 66th annual Congress of American Industry held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. In his speech the President addresses the importance of maintaining cooperation between business and government, improving economic policy, and balancing trade and deficit payments.
