"Al" Simpson of Wyoming debate the need for expanded prenatal care to prevent birth defects. They comment on a report from the March of Dimes Foundation stating that birth defects are the primary cause of infant mortality in the Untied States. The episode aired on Monday, December 30, 1991, on the Mutual Broadcasting System.
