Notable events include a conference of the American Institute of Industrial Engineers; the 19th Annual Convention of the New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association; a meeting of the Interagency Committee on Transportation and Traffic Management; a testimonial dinner for J. Leo Bagley; the 1962 Institute of the Training Officers Conference; a meeting of the Interagency Records Administration Conference; a meeting of the Buildings Management Association; dedication ceremonies for several new federal buildings; and various internal General Services Administration events such as the Regional Administrators Conference..

Boutin, and the subdivisions of the agency including the Defense Materials Service, Federal Supply Service, National Archives and Records Service, Public Building Service, Transportation and Communications Service, and Utilization and Disposal Service. Hard copy includes correspondence, a prospectus for alterations to the White House, and the Public Building Service's report on the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.
