This file contains a draft of a speech by Senator John F. Kennedy at a Jefferson-Jackson day dinner in Bismarck, North Dakota. In his speech the Senator discusses bi-partisan leadership and the United States economy, and a need for legislation to strengthen the agricultural industry. Of note are drafts with notations by Senator Kennedy. Also included are drafts of speeches for Jefferson-Jackson day dinners in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Also included in this folder are numerous statements by Senator Kennedy in Illinois asking for support and discussing general issues of the campaign.
