This file contains a copy and press releases of Senator John F. Kennedy's speech given in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, during his 1960 presidential campaign. In his speech the Senator discusses the failure of the Republican administration to address concerns over nuclear disarmament. Also included is a copy of a telegram sent by the Senator to Vice President Richard M. Nixon regarding United States relations with Cuba.

This file contains copies of speeches given by Senator John F. Kennedy at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. In his speech titled, “Disarmament,” he discusses the difficulty of arms control, the relationship between the United States and Soviet Union, and the introduction of a bill to establish the Arms Control Research Institute. Also included is a speech titled, “Cuba,” concerning a history of foreign policy in Cuba, relations between Cuba and the U.S., and the Cuban revolution led by Fidel Castro.
