Topics include business holdings and a potential conflict of interest for John McCone, Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA); United States trust territories; U.S. disarmament policy; nuclear test ban treaty negotiations; and an eight-point disarmament proposal by the Soviet Union. Also included in this folder is a paper by Allan Forbes, Jr. discussing the arms race and suggestions for an international security program titled, “The Defense of Democracy.”
