Gullion, a press release announcing William Foster as director of the ACDA, and background information for a meeting between the President and the General Advisory Committee. Of note are numerous press releases concerning disarmament including reports on nuclear test ban negotiations in Geneva, Switzerland and an exchange of views on disarmament from the United States and the Soviet Union (USSR).
