Kennedy's secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, concerning Republic of Cote d'Ivoire President Felix Houphouet-Boigny's visit to the United States. Materials in this folder include press releases, memoranda, itineraries, dinner menus, bilingual commemorative programs, guest lists for dinners, background information on the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire, and biographical information on prominent Ivorian representatives. This folder contains some French language material. Of note are several items with handwritten notations by the President.
