Johnson; changes in White House staff and the Democratic Party; RFK’s political plans for after 1964; and JFK’s opinions of his staff and appointees, among other issues.

Topics include farm policy, the achievement gap between the United States and Soviet Union in natural resource development and industrial production, U.S. foreign policy in Africa, and a need for a multi-national development loan fund to provide education programs and economic aid to emerging African nations. Also included are press releases from the Democratic National Committee containing the speeches.
