This file contains copies and a draft of Senator John. F. Kennedy’s speech at the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America Biennial Convention in Atlantic City, New Jersey. In his speech Senator Kennedy discusses labor issues including a need for legislation to prevent racketeering, and reports on the findings of the McClellan Committee (formally known as the United States Senate Select Committee on Improper Activities in Labor and Management). Of note is a draft containing notations by the Senator.
