Heller titled "The Challenge of Taxation in the American Economy" (14 August 1963).

Knowles titled "The Crucial Years"; a memorandum from the Subcommittee on Economic Stabilization, Automation, and Energy Resources titled "Policy Aspects of Fluctuations in Business Inventories During the Post-War Period"; testimony by Ben William Lewis; a statement on taxation of foreign earnings; and data on manufacturers' shipments of mobile homes (1952-1960).

It includes a memorandum by the Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) titled "Economic Situation and Outlook at the End of April 1961," and an outline of proposals for the second-stage economic program drafted by Kermit Gordon (CEA), Robert C. Turner (Bureau of the Budget) and Lee White (White House). There is also some material about economic myths versus facts from June 1962, which is likely misfiled.
