Standing left to right are: Special Assistant Dave Powers, President Kennedy, and President of the Washington Senators Elwood R. Quesada. Louisiana Representative Hale Boggs, sitting one row back, can be seen between Powers and President Kennedy. Sitting in the foreground are Secretary of the Interior Stewart Udall and Secretary of the Treasury C. Douglas Dillon (partially obscured by Secretary Udall). A stamp on the verso of the photograph reads: "Star Staff Photo, G.C. Leach."
