Kennedy's secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, concerning President Kennedy's remarks at a civic luncheon held at the Conrad Hilton Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. In his speech the President identifies unemployment as a national economic concern, specifically as it relates to agriculture, automation, and youth workers. Materials in this folder include a press and reading copy of the speech, in addition to a program for the O'Hare International Airport dedication ceremony.
