Kennedy's secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, concerning President Kennedy's address at a luncheon held in his honor by the President of Mexico, Adolfo Lopez Mateos, at the National Palace in Mexico City, Mexico. In his speech the President identifies the primary goals of the Alliance for Progress, and discusses Mexico and the United States' shared history of revolution. Materials in this folder include reading copies and a press copy of the speech.
