Topics include Berlin, labor strikes in the Basque Country in Spain, a proposal to lift travel restrictions in the United States for citizens of the Soviet Union, and a trip by Soviet Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Gromyko to Belgrade, Yugoslavia. Also included in this folder is a memorandum discussing a letter from Soviet Union Premier Nikita Khrushchev to British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan.
