Of note are a memorandum of conversations between French Minister of Foreign Affairs Maurice Couve de Murville and Under Secretary of State George Ball discussing nuclear policy, trade negotiations, and monetary policy; and a report by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) titled, “The French Nuclear Strike Program.” Also included in this folder is an organizational chart of the CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission). This folder contains French-language materials.
