This folder contains copies of a speech by Senator John F. Kennedy titled, "A New Approach to Latin America," given at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. In his speech Senator Kennedy discusses the relationship between the United States and Latin America and proposes a new six point policy towards Latin America, including an increased allotment to Latin America from the Development Loan Fund and an elevated role of the Organization of American States (OAS).
