Topics include the purchase of United Nations bonds, foreign aid and the Clay Committee report, negotiations between India and Pakistan, United States policy regarding the travel of foreign military attaches, and a meeting between the President and a Senior Seminar in Foreign Policy from the Foreign Service Institute. Also included in this folder is a telegram from Secretary of State Dean Rusk regarding his conversation with President of France Charles de Gaulle, and a report by the Subcommittee for Review of the Mutual Security Programs on Military Aid to Western Europe.
