Komer, and Hermann Eilts. They discuss a possible Near East arms limitation agreement, and specifically relations between the UAR and Israel. Five segments of the recording totaling 15 minutes and 27 seconds have been removed in accordance with Section 3.4 (b) (1), (3) of Executive Order 12958.
