Jacoby on Senator Barry M. Goldwater's economic policy proposals; a letter from economist Nicholas Kaldor sharing his thoughts on currency exchange rates and the balance of payments; a copy of a letter from Edward M. Kennedy; a draft essay by Charles C. Killingsworth on how to pay for higher education; Congressional testimony by Edward V. Kiley on financing the federal highway program; a talk by Sioma Kagan on the future international business education; a report by I. M. Labovitz of the Library of Congress Legislative Reference Service on federal renevues and expenditures in states from 1959 to 1961; a speech by Leon T. Kendall on the quality of mortgage credit; a paper by Abba P. Lerner on gold and the balance of payments; an analysis by the New York Clearing House Association on a proposal to increase the maximum insurance on deposits and share accounts; and several articles and speeches by John K.
