This folder contains material pertaining to a request for comments from the Council of Economic Advisers on enrolled bill S. 774 and similar bills, which would amend the Federal Trade Commission Act to promote quality and price stabilization, define and restrain certain unfair methods of distribution, and equalize the rights of producers and resellers in the distribution of goods identified by distinguishing brands, names, or trademarks.
