Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s taped remarks to the Committee on Traffic Safety. In his speech President Kennedy expresses his concern over the recent increase in traffic accidents, and discusses the ways in which state and federal governments must cooperate to improve motor vehicle transportation.
