Description
Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s remarks at a dinner for the Democratic Party of Cook County held at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. In his speech President Kennedy highlights the fundamental differences between the country’s political parties, and discusses the importance of electing Democratic representatives from Illinois in the upcoming 1962 Congressional elections. The President also encourages his audience to elect Senatorial candidate Sidney Yates.
