Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s address at a graduation ceremony at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. In his speech President Kennedy thanks the University for the honorary degree bestowed upon him, and discusses the important role that education plays in intellectual and political leadership. The volume of the recording is inconsistent.
