Katzenbach; Representative Emanuel Celler (New York); Minority Leader, Representative Charles Halleck (Indiana); Representative William McCulloch (Ohio); Speaker of the United States House of Representatives John McCormack (Massachusetts); Representative Leslie Arends (Illinois); Assistant Attorney General Burke Marshall; and Representative Carl Albert (Oklahoma). They discuss counting votes for the civil rights legislation, legislative procedure, a press statement, and the Fair Employment Practices Commission (FEPC).
