This folder contains a draft paper and memoranda to Walt Rostow, Deputy Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, from various persons regarding guerilla warfare in Southeast Asia, a doctrine and rationale for guerilla warfare, a counter-guerilla operations course and similar courses offered at the United States Army Special Warfare School, and the future of the Special Warfare School.
