Folder Description
This folder contains a transcript of the first presidential debate between Senator John F. Kennedy and Vice President Richard M. Nixon. Topics included agriculture, the economy, education, foreign policy, and medical care for the aged. The debate was moderated by Howard K. Smith with a four person panel including Robert Fleming, Stuart Novins, Charles Warren, and Sander Vanocur. Also included in this folder are newspaper clippings of editorial cartoons.
