This folder contains correspondence and memoranda from Richard E. Neustadt, as well as a speech by him titled "Reorganizing the Presidency in 1961: A Preview of the Issues." In addition, there is a government publication, "Organizing for National Security: Super-Cabinet Officers and Superstaffs: Study Submitted to the Senate Committee on Government Operations by Its Subcommittee on National Policy Machinery."
